Montery County Legal Counsel is shockingly large. 

There are around 100,000 constuents in the non-incorporated part of Monterey County. 

There are only 5 supervisors to manage over 5000 people and dozens of boards. 

Yet, there are over 20 Attorneys working in the County Council's office, with 9 Legal Secretaries or assistants.
